Mackenzie Turk, MA, LPCC
Mackenzie received her Masters degree in Clinical psychology from Argosy University in Eagan, MN. She attended the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse for her undergraduate work where she studied psychology and interpersonal communication. Mackenzie enjoys working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Much of her clinical experience has come from working with children around the ages of five to eighteen and she also enjoys working with young adults. She has particular interests in working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, self-esteem/self-worth and body image concerns. Mackenzie utilizes an integrative approach to therapy with major influences coming from family systems, feminist theory and humanistic/client-centered therapy. Mackenzie values the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship with clients and working collaboratively with them to reach their goals.
